GLASS AND STAINLESS STEEL RAILING

This is a customized model steel handrail from IONA steels with aluminium channel to make an architectural view.
The strength of this amazing model is high even though it has a slim look.The model has been given maximum strength in base channel. It has been used HILTI anchor fasteners to fix in floor. 

''IONA steels ' is approved by HILTI as a VIP customer. Here the glass used is SAINT-GOBAIN brand.

The edges are finely polished and we assure a friction free packaging. The architecture is fixed in base with aluminium ,IONA brand granuled channel.We are inserting the glass in the aluminium channel. For avoiding the tilting by heavy wind and to avoid the impact affected by the same, we are using plastic wedge to make double strength to the glass. And again we are using EPDM gasket in between the aluminium channel and the glass. After that we are using EPDM gasket again on the top of the rail and it is covered with our own SS 304 or SS 316 grade top rail. To make the railing more strength, it is inserted with inner sleeve. The top rails can be polished with matte, glossy or hairline. For the residential purpose, the recommended thickness is 9000 mm and for the commercial purpose it can be 1200 mm. The glass thickness can be 10 mm or 12 mm. 

The main attraction of these types of railing is, maintenance free and it will give us an amazing view to the nature as it is frameless. It can be given to the balcony railing, swimming pool railing ideas, courtyard railing ideas etc.
